1. Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link.

During peak periods or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

We currently ship to most European countries. Some regions may restrict vape or CBD-related items — if your order cannot be shipped, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

3. Delivery Restrictions

Due to product regulations, we may not be able to ship certain vape or edible products to specific countries or regions.
If this applies to your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund before dispatch.


4. Age Verification

By purchasing from The Edibles Guy, you confirm that you are 18 years or older (or the legal age to purchase vape or edible products in your country).
We may use third-party age verification tools or request valid ID before shipping regulated items.


5. Tracking & Notifications

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot predict or reimburse any such costs.
Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing:

  • Check your tracking link first.

  • If it has been more than 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international) since dispatch, contact us at info@theedibleguy.com.

  • If items arrive damaged, please email photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a redelivery fee will apply.
