💸 Refund & Returns Policy — The Edibles Guy (UK)

Thank you for shopping with The Edibles Guy.
We want you to love every product you order.
If there’s a problem, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once opened, edible and vape products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival, due to hygiene and safety regulations.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used edibles, vape products, or cartridges

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted sale products


3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theedibleguy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We’ll review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever is appropriate.


4. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  2. You’ll need to ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

  3. The item must arrive in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact us at info@theedibleguy.com if it still hasn’t appeared — we’ll help investigate.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a faulty item, please contact info@theedibleguy.com before sending anything back.


8. International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import/export handling charges.
Refunds are processed in GBP and may vary slightly due to exchange rates
